Insurance
We accept many traditional insurance plans, and are currently working to be in-network with more carriers including Regence Blue Shield, United, Humana, Aetna and Cigna. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan, as well as for an explanation of our Out-of-Network Protocol. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each visit and procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.

TOUR OUR CLINIC
We are conveniently located on State Street in the Lake Harbor Community near Crunch Fitness.
We have easy entry with direct parking and handicap access.
Our wonderful front desk staff, Natalie and Jenny, will greet you and assist with checking you in and out.
One of our medical assistants, Leah, Maria, and Kelsie will escort you to one of our six comfortable exam rooms, where you'll see one of our providers, Ashley or Dr. Layher.
Each exam room proudly displays local artwork by Dr. Layher's mom, bringing warmth and vibrance into the entire clinic.
We offer Blue Light therapy to both treat and prevent precancerous growths called actinic keratoses.
Should you need surgery, you'll relax in one of our four procedure rooms where you can watch TV or listen to peaceful music. For all procedures, including Mohs surgery, you'll be able to remain in your surgery room for the entire duration of your procedure.
If you are having Mohs, your tissue will be processed by our talented HistoTech, Kelsie.
