If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. If you cannot make it within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we are happy to assist you in rescheduling.

Insurance

We accept most traditional insurance plans as well as Medicare. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan, as well as for an explanation of our Out-of-Network Protocol. Also check with your insurance carrier to confirm we are in network as well as to confirm any appointment requirements such as referral. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each visit and procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.
