IDMC is proud to be the only provider of UltraClear and 3DMiracl in the city of Boise! UltraClear is a disruptor in the laser industry, and is the first company to change the way lasers work on the skin in decades.

What is UltraClear?

UltraClear utilizes the latest advancements in fiber laser technology. It delivers fractionated ablative sub-pulses and creates microchannels, which leads to natural exfoliation and collagen stimulation without excess bulk heating. UltraClear is used to rejuvenate skin, address sun damage, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and remodel and plump collagen.

Why is this important?

Treatments are quick! On average 15-20 minutes
Treatments are less painful than other lasers! Most treatments are comfortable enough to do without any numbing cream
Little to no downtime! Typically less than 3 days, but light peeling may last a week for more aggressive treatments
Quicker healing! UltraClear causes microchannels in the skin that heal more quickly than other lasers
Treatments are safer in more skin tones than other lasers! UltraClear offers safe treatments for skin of color

What is 3DMiracl?

3DMiracl is performed with the UltraClear and is used to superficially treat the outermost layer of the skin. This treatment triggers natural exfoliation over 2-3 days. It is fast and comfortable, not requiring any numbing medicine. Although noticeable results are seen even after one treatment, the best results are seen when done in a series of 3-6 treatments.

Important Pre- and Post-treatment Things to Know

It is highly recommended to avoid tanning and sun exposure for 3-4 weeks before and after each treatment as this can impact the overall outcome. Unfortunately, we cannot treat tanned skin as the laser targets the skin differently which can lead to unfavorable results. Wearing daily moisturizer with sunscreen containing zinc or titanium and an SPF of at least 35 before and after the procedure is highly encouraged. It is also recommended to discontinue exfoliating products like Tretinoin (Retin A) 1 week before and after treatment to ensure your skin is not too sensitive for the procedure.

What is Laser Coring?

Laser coring is the first-of-its-kind advanced technique that delivers even more outstanding results for deep wrinkles and deep scars leading to smoother, younger-looking skin. Laser coring uses laser energy to drill small columns through the skin in a grid-shaped pattern which then leads to constriction of the surrounding skin, resulting in overall tightening. Laser coring is coupled with UltraClear laser resurfacing that results in faster collagen contraction and more remarkable cosmetic outcomes.
