Jenny
Jenny is one of the smiling facing you'll be greeted by when you enter the clinic. She has worked in office management, and healthcare billing and insurance for nearly ten years. Her friendly approach to customer service, with a passion for communication, makes our patients’ experience a pleasant one. Jenny is a local Boise native and loves the active lifestyle the area has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys activities with her kids, being outdoors, attending concerts, and traveling.
Mackenzie
Mackenzie is one of our medical receptionists. She has worked as a receptionist in dermatology for six years and is currently furthering her education to become a registered nurse. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new people and making the patient experience as easy as possible. She has lived in Idaho for six years, but is new to the Boise area. Her passions outside of work are trail running, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends, family, and fiancé.
Natalie
Natalie is one of our Medical Assistants. She is new to the medical profession. Her background is in construction but recently she decided to find a new career path. After her interview with Dr. Layher, hearing her story and what she does, she instantly became intrigued and wanted to know more. She started as a Receptionists in our clinic, but soon transitioned into the role of a Medical Assistant, which is where she was meant to be. She is continuing her education and learning all there is to know about dermatology every day. She feels lucky to have found a career with the best boss and most amazing group of women you could ask for. The best part of her job is getting to meet our patients and learn a little about them each time they come in. She looks forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our clinic.
